Terms & Conditions
1.No work will commence before the relevant discussed deposit reflects in our account and all of the specifications have been confirmed.*Please use your Quote number as reference, as this will help the finance department to allocate your job card without unnecessary delays.
2. Only once the deposit reflects in our bank account will an available timeslot be allocated, and/or the discussed lead times to commence.
3. All lead times are calculated according to business working days.
4. All items will remain the property of Bruiser Cruiser until full payment reflects in our Bank Account.
5. All verbal communication regarding orders will be reiterated in writing, for record purposes.
6. We will charge a 10% cancellation fee for all confirmed orders cancelled within 48- hours, thereafter no refunds will be given for any purchases.
7. Lead times may be delayed/impacted due to importation delays, stock availability, supplier delays and civil unrest, and may change without prior notice. *Due to the current pandemic our work force may be affected and this could also unforeseeably cause delays.
8. All risk/responsibility falls on the client should a 3rd party be arranged to execute any process of the order on behalf of the client. This includes but isn’t limited to communication, authorisation, and the vehicle check-in or check –out process.
9. By booking in my vehicle at Bruiser Cruiser, I give Bruiser Cruiser permission to publish images of work done on social media and other platforms for marketing purposes. (Bruiser Cruiser will not expose your name, Surname or Vehicle Number Plate)
10. All Photographic evidence of the vehicles condition shall be stored and will be made available at the Client’s request.
11. Bruiser Cruiser reserves the right to alter, modify or discontinue products without any obligation in regards to products previously offered.

Warranty:

1. All installations carry a 12-month warranty for our workmanship. Should any additional installations/alterations or modifications be performed by any 3rd party, on or in proximity to the installation site, the warranty will be voided.
2. All aftermarket products & accessories will carry their relevant warranty that the supplier offers respectively, this information is available upon request.
3. All exterior fabrication items carry a structural 12-month warranty. All exterior items carry a 500km or 7day post fitment manufacturing defect warranty whichever is reached first. No exterior warranties will apply as a result of improper installation, alteration, unauthorized repair, abuse or accident
4. Powder coating on items carry a 6-month warranty on areas with no visual exterior damage that may have altered the powder coating integrity.
5. All interior fabrication carries a structural 6-month warranty. All interior items carry a 500km or 10day post fitment manufacturing defect warranty whichever is reached first; no warranty is given on vinyl.
No interior warranty can be claimed for abrasions, scuffs, scratches, cuts, abusive or excessive wear.
6. Leather samples may vary from the actual leather used, as it is a natural product and cannot be 100% replicated. Colour dye varies. Genuine leather retains natural marks and includes slight variations in colour, both of which is proof of authenticity. Please do not mistake these variations for flaws. Do not use silicone-based products and/or harsh chemicals on leather as it will destroy the surface and structure of the leather. This includes but not limited to saddle soap, furniture polish or oils, abrasive cleaners, detergent based soap or ammonia. Misuse of products on leather will void all warranties.
7. Due to Land Cruisers being manufactured in 5 different countries, there are size discrepancies throughout the vehicle. This difference cannot be anticipated and therefore may cause a 2mm-10mm difference on ex-stock items.
8. Bruiser Cruiser will not be liable for any damages (Scratches/Dents/Chip marks) after the vehicle has left the premises. Please make sure to inspect the vehicle upon collection. Paint and glass defects that may be hidden or latent, if the vehicle is not clean upon check-in, Bruiser Cruiser will not take responsibility thereof.
9. Bruiser Cruiser will not be liable for any objects left in the vehicle, we kindly ask that you remove any valuables prior to check–in.
10. All vehicles left on our premises are at own risk. Bruiser Cruiser shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle or articles left therein, caused by fire, theft, accident or any other cause whatsoever, unless negligence can be proven.
11. By accepting the quote, permission is hereby given to Bruiser Cruiser to operate and drive the vehicle on the streets, freeways or elsewhere for all purposes necessary for the repairs and in particular for testing, inspection or delivery of the vehicle.
12. All components/accessories removed from the vehicle itself during fitment must be claimed and removed from our workshop within 7 days.
13. All Suspension Systems are purchased at own risk, Bruiser Cruiser will not take responsibility for any suspension systems installed under the vice of incorrect information provided by the client, and/or any suspension system not recommended by our technical team. Bruiser Cruiser cannot take responsibility for any safety implications and vehicle damage caused by any installed suspension systems. We strongly advise that all suspension clients come in for a post-fitment re-check upon 500-1500km.
14. All warranty claims are at the discretion of Bruiser Cruiser. The exclusive obligations of these warranties shall be limited to repair any accepted defective workmanship or materials, or, at the discretion of Bruiser Cruiser to replace it with a comparable product. No client will have entitlement to recuperate from Bruiser Cruiser, or any authorized Bruiser Cruiser Dealer, any consequential damages, losses, or expenses for loss of time, loss of profits or income or any other incidental damages arising directly from a warranted claim involving our products.
15. Most items of Bruiser Cruiser are handmade and therefore small imperfections/differences are not attributed to a manufacturing flaw, but rather to the uniqueness and quality of the product.

I also consent to the further processing of my personal information which allows the company to share such personal information as and when required – with its affiliates and subsidiaries that help to provide the goods or service.
